Congratulations to Mr. Ghislain Simard of Québec City, the grand prize winner for his photo of a section of Old Québec with a large red ship in the background.
Mr. Simard has won a “Panoramic Visa,” entitling him to free admission to the observatory for the entire year, as well as the book Québec, ville du patrimoine mondial, published by Commission de la capitale nationale du Québec.
Observatoire de la Capitale offers a breathtaking 360° panoramic view. Looking down on Québec from a height of 221 m, the city resembles a giant scale model.
